Description
A German “factory” violin from the famous Gotz family in the mid-’70’s. Sounds surprisingly good and will suit student seeking a better sounding 3/4 size at a good price. A few belly cracks (repaired) make it look (up close at least) a little “unloved” perhaps – or maybe it’s just a survivor. Reddish glossy varnish. Provided as an outfit including new case & bow. Fitted with new Pirastro Tonica strings and new tailpiece with built in fine-tuners.
Checked and adjusted for correct playing by our in-store violin repairer.
